It matters to us all.  And we are therefore fully committed to sensible environmental protection measures to ensure that we minimise our impact on the environment, locally and globally.  By the very nature of our work, water is a key commodity and, therefore, our use and disposal of water is carefully monitored – as are any chemical additives and the energy used in heating and pumping it – in order to minimise waste and avoid contamination of waterways.

• Safety 

This is paramount – all personnel carry safety passports and are only allowed to work on jobs for which they are fully trained and qualified.  Typical certifications include IRATA, CHAS, IPAF, ContractorPlus, CSCS, SafeContractor, OPITO and WJA.  (Please visit our Accreditations page for details.)

• Method

To give you full confidence that we are a top supplier, we work in a structured way so that nothing fazes us.  From your first phone call to the shake of the hand when the task is completed to your satisfaction, we are always in control.

• Application

We always use the correct equipment for the job -– if it doesn't exist, we'll develop new ideas, new methods and design and build new or better equipment (such as our Kai-Wash system for cleaning cladding and façades).

• Reliable

Expect us on site as promised and to give accurate estimates of how long a job will take, whether ‘emergency’ or routine.

• Tidy

Good housekeeping makes good sense – and a clean workplace is a safe workplace.  Waste is disposed of with full regard to all regulations.
